AFCA is a network of grassroots volunteer and career firefighters who want to see our governments take stronger action on climate change. We are not connected to any political party. If you are involved in firefighting in any way, please join us. Please get in touch via the contact form or email: cam.walker@foe.org.au (we have an occasional email newsletter we send to people).

Some of the current and founding members include:

  • Jim Casey (Fire and Rescue, NSW)
  • Sam Galvin (CFA volunteer, Victoria)
  • Darin Sullivan (Fire and Rescue NSW) (Climate Media Centre profile)
  • Vivien Thomson, AFSM (Rural Fire Service volunteer, NSW) (Climate media centre profile)
  • Cam Walker (CFA volunteer, Victoria)
